ComplEAT Nutrition Care (CNC)

 

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course offered by ComplEAT Nutrition Care (CNC), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Enrollment constitutes full acceptance of these policies.


2. Eligibility
Courses are intended for nutrition students, dietitians, and healthcare professionals. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisite requirements mentioned in the course description.


3. Course Access
Course access is granted only to the registered participant. Login credentials must not be shared. CNC reserves the right to suspend access if misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected. Access duration (e.g., 1 month/ 3 months) will be clearly mentioned at the time of enrollment.


4. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment must be made prior to gaining access to course materials. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated. In case of technical payment errors, participants must notify the CNC team within 48 hours. CNC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed and appropriate alternatives will be offered.


5. Intellectual Property
All course content (videos, PDFs, templates, case studies, recordings, frameworks, algorithms) is the intellectual property of ComplEAT Nutrition Care (CNC). Materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, or resold in any format. Screenshots or redistribution on social media or other platforms without written permission is
strictly prohibited.


6. Certification
Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of course requirements (attendance, assignments, assessments as applicable). CNC reserves the right to withhold certification if course standards are not met.


7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Maintain professional and respectful communication in discussion forums or WhatsApp groups. Avoid plagiarism in assignments. Maintain confidentiality of shared case discussions. Violation may lead to removal from the course without refund.


8. Disclaimer
CNC programs are professional skill-development courses. CNC is an independent professional training organization and is not a university, nor affiliated with or recognized by UGC, AICTE, or any government regulatory authority. Courses are designed for skill development and continuing education purposes only. Courses do not constitute a degree or government-recognized qualification. Clinical decisions made by participants remain their sole professional responsibility.


9. Technical Issues
Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and compatible devices. CNC will provide reasonable technical support but is not liable for device-related issues.


10. Modifications
CNC reserves the right to: Update course content to maintain academic standards. Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via the website.
